Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. This is the time needed for quality checks, careful packing, and handover to our shipping carrier.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or following high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer than the standard estimate. You will always receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your Water Jelly Boot products safely and efficiently. We offer a range of shipping options at checkout to suit your needs. While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, please remember that these timelines are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
Please note that “business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The delivery timelines begin once your order has left our warehouse, not from the moment you place the order.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, waterjellyboot.com is pleased to offer shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States. This includes all 48 states between Canada and Mexico.
At this time, we are unable to process orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. Additionally, we cannot accept orders being shipped to P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. We are actively working on solutions to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to serve customers in these locations in the near future.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart, the dimensions of the package, and the shipping method you select. The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Important Information Regarding Shipments
- Carrier Delays: While we choose dependable carriers, Water Jelly Boot cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, its transit is subject to their terms and conditions.
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order. If you realize you have made an error, please contact our Customer Care team immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order is placed.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Water Jelly Boot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please consider shipping to a secure location. For any delivery complications, we recommend first contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
